Our Philosophy
The name ‘Train Your Inner Athlete’ stems from the belief that we are ALL athletes. Our bodies are designed for movement and TYIA training is designed for ALL fitness levels! Our coaches will challenge you to reach your potential in a supportive and inclusive training community. Your peers will motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals and set new objectives.
Are you ready to take the next step to improve your fitness and focus on your general health and well-being? We offer a variety of group fitness classes, led by our certified instructors, to challenge yourself while being supported by the TYIA community. There is a class for everyone!
Our Offerings
Wellness Coaching and Training Plans
A monthly program designed for you with consideration of the life you are living and the changes you are looking to make. Whether you are training for a specific event or simply training for LIFE! we will create a program that is designed to help you learn, grow and achieve the goals you are striving for.
specialty classes
Each month we offer various short-term packages of sessions with no commitment or monthly membership necessary. These are separate from your regular monthly membership and offer classes like yoga, line dancing, yamuna body rolling, stretch for success, and more!
